General Inquiries1. What is the difference between NetCEGroups.com and NetCE.com?
NetCEGroups.com is a website designed specifically for group administrators to set up and maintain their continuing education groups. Reports and administrator-specific tools can also be found on NetCEGroups. NetCE.com is the website where members will complete their continuing education course(s) and receive credit.2. What is a group code and where do my members use it?
After completing a group order, you are automatically assigned a group code after completing a group order that is used to track your group’s continuing education completions and compliance. If you signed up to have your group members complete courses online, they will need to register (if new) or login (if returning) to www.NetCE.com and enter their group code under the My Groups section. If you have signed up to have your group members complete courses in print, your group code will be printed on your prefilled printable Order Form. This Order Form should be distributed to your members to ensure that they receive the correct special pricing.3. Can I set up more than one group code?
Yes, you may set up more than one group code. After completing your first group order, select a new course or select Unlimited and complete the order process.4. Why would I want to set up more than one group code?
You may want to set up more than one group code to easily call out specific details on your group reports. You can use separate group codes to specify different professions (i.e., Nurses and Physicians), specialities (i.e., Emergency Physicians and Family Practice Physicians), or to have your members complete different continuing education courses.5. How can I distribute my group code?
For your convenience, we have provided a printable flyer containing your group code that can be distributed to group members. The printable flyer can be accessed in your Order History under your Administrator Profile at NetCEGroups.com.6. I received a Special Offer catalog in the mail. Can I have my group complete this special offer?
Special offers are already discounted; therefore, no additional discount is given. As an alternative, you may sign up for Unlimited and choose the courses offered in the Special Offer through your Administrator Recommends tool located in Group Tools in your NetCEGroups Administrator Account. If you would like your group to complete the Special Offer in print, please contact customer service to request additional catalogs.7. Is Unlimited CE for One Year available in print?
Currently, Unlimited CE for One Year is available only online. All in-print courses must be purchased individually.8. Can I reprint or use part of a course for my own use?
All content on NetCE is copyrighted and may not be reprinted or reused without written consent. To obtain permission to reprint or reuse content from this website or from our print courses, you may submit a written request with our online forms.
Payment Inquiries1. Do you accept purchase orders?
Yes, we do accept purchase orders. You may choose Purchase Order under your payment method at checkout. You will then be prompted to print an invoice and will be required to mail or fax your Purchase Order within 30 days. Your group code will be available for immediate use.2. Can I order online and mail in a check?
Yes, you may order online and mail in a check. Just choose Check under your payment method at checkout, where you will be prompted to print an invoice. You are required to mail your check within 30 days. Your group code will be available for immediate use.3. Can I prepay for a course and also have other courses available at a discount for my members?
Yes, you can prepay for a course and have discounts available on other courses that your members pay for themselves. Two group codes are required for this, one with the course prepaid for by you, and the other set up as a member-pay group.4. I prepaid for Unlimited CE and/or individual course(s) for my group members. How do I ensure that my group members are not charged?
If your group members are completing courses online, you will automatically receive a group code after your payment is accepted and your order is complete. The group member will need to register (if new) or login (if an existing customer) to www.NetCE.com and enter the group code under the My Groups section. By entering this group code, the member will not be charged for the prepaid course(s). If your group members are completing courses in print, the group code will be prefilled on a printable Order Form that your members will use to receive their course(s).5. I chose to have my members pay for themselves at a discounted rate or flat fee. How do I ensure that my members receive their discount?
If your group members are completing courses online, you will automatically receive a group code after your payment is accepted and your order is complete. The group member will need to register (if new) or login (if returning) to www.NetCE.com and enter the group code under the My Groups section. By entering this group code, the member will receive the discount. If your group members are completing courses in print, the group code will be prefilled on a printable Order Form that your members will use to receive their course(s) and discount.
